Wellbeing Exercise Classes in Gainsborough.
New Fitness Sessions starting in September!
Want to exercise but don’t know where to go? Do you know someone who would benefit from joining an exercise group? Well Liz Clews has some classes for you! Starting in September she has classes for sitting down only exercises, Yoga and Pilates for all ages and abilities, and also a Parkinson’s Exercise and Support Group. These sessions are at various venues around Gainsborough shown left. Classes must be booked in advance.
There are Ageing Actively classes for the over 50's and for the over 60's. Less able persons are also welcome at both groups.
"Ageing Actively is a Lincolnshire based programme of exercise classes set to toe tapping music for the over 60’s and less able person of any age. The classes can help provide improved mobility, balance and coordination, together with fun, laughter and friendships through carefully planned gentle exercises designed specifically for you, no matter what your ability!” - Liz Clews.

The Parkinson’s exercise and support group is also suitable for those with neurological conditions, Dementia and Stroke.
The Yoga and Pilates sessions are open to all ages and abilities.

Monday Seated Only at St Georges, Heapham Rd, is now 1.45pm until 2.45pm.
Thursday Seated Only at Morton Village Hall is now 9.30am until 10.30am
Also starting back on Wednesday 8th September.
Tai Chi & Chi Kung class run by George at the Methodist Church Hall, North Street, Gainsborough.
Time 1.15 - 2.15.
