Gainsborough Wishes. What do you wish for in your town?

This website is here to highlight the wonderful community groups in Gainsborough. There are lots of people in our town who give up their time to help others. If you are an individual seeking information or support take a look here, there are many groups that may be able to help you. If you are a community group showcase yourselves here for others to see – someone out there might be able to help or join you! If you are fundraising and holding an event we can post it here. There is no charge for this - we are just here to help. There are contact details of all the groups on this website on their own pages or the regular meetings lists so please contact them directly for any updates.

Hats off to the LEAP team in Gainsborough!!

August 2nd 2021. Some of our streets are looking brighter today! The folks taking part in the community art project run by HATS had a most successful weekend painting some of the telecom boxes around town. Funded by West Lindsey Council and the Stop Loan Sharks organisation the scheme brought together other community groups and local residents. For more information and images go to the LEAP Community Art page in the Environment section. What a fantastic initiative and we think you will agree these paintings are stunning! We hope those taking part are feeling proud of themselves and didn’t get too wet in the rain. Well done!

These bright and colourful paintings are a welcome addition to our town. Thank you LEAP!
